Seamless Internet (SI) was originally created to provide in house servers solutions for Seamless WiFi, Inc. The expansion and widening of its services was driven by Seamless Wi-Fi’s new products acquisition. S.I. services were first expanded with the advent of Seamless WiFi acquisition of the Peer 2 Peer Software. Many of the clients acquiring the Peer 2 Peer’s software program did not have the capability of properly securing their new sever, to either insure the integrity of the software or be able to provide the technical support required to support the software program.
They have been expanded further with the acquisition of the patent and productions rights of our soon to be produced Pocket Computer “PPC”. While we do not have the final name for it yet, we are energized by this new, dynamic and creative concept for “hand-held” Pocket computers. To-date we have received only extremely positive comments from all sources contacted.
We see this new product as a winner. It brings to the market a new entry that to our knowledge is not yet available to consumers anywhere. This versatile micro/mini computer can actually perform and be utilized as a “Working Tool” that is more convenient and portable than other units available today.
Our new device while maintaining its small size, has been specifically designed with a fully deployable folding “QWERTY” keyboard for data manipulation and navigation allowing the user ease of access. It has a 4 inch high definition screen that provides a clear and crisp screen display. The unit is extremely versatile and will come as a completely loaded Wireless working computer. It is “Blue tooth” enabled and can be used as well as an entertainment and gaming unit. The unit will also contain the Seamless patent-pending encryption software incorporated into its system to protect sensitive information.
The unit’s size places it in between the “Palm and the Lap Top” category. As such, it can be transported easily because it readily fits into a pocket or a purse, or be easily carried by hand. It does not require a carrying case, and despite its small size, it is designed with a batteries life of up to ten hours.
Also contained within is sufficient “on-board” memory available to support an operating system that will run standard programs needed for business operations as well as entertainment and gaming programs.
Pre-market test units will be ready and available for Beta testing by mid-June. We are confident, based on current progress, that we will have the units manufactured and ready for market by mid October 2006.
